Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Secure Packaging
Ensure the fan and all components are placed back into their original manufacturer's box with all instruction manuals and hardware included.
Ship the Item
Affix your prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
